Frequently Ask Questions

The rush fragrance fades gradually and becomes less noticeable as you become accustomed to it. However, the deodorizing function is semi-permanent.

The color of the edges may look different from the color of the center, but this is not mean that the product is defective. The difference in color is not caused by color fading or exposure to sunlight. It is due to the natural characteristics of rush grass.

How long can I use it for?

Although rush grass absorb moisture, excessive humidity could cause mold to develop. Please make sure to check, turn and air out the rush grass if placed in humid spaces, e.g. bathroom. When placed in direct sunlight for a prolonged period, the rush grass will turn yellow and could break. To care for the item, keep it out of strong sunlight.
